Graham Cracker Crust I
Good recipe but you DO NOT need the sugar! Graham crackers have plenty of sugar to begin with. I usually take 1 1/2 packages of graham crackers and put them in the food processor. I pulse the food processor then gently stream in the melted butter and the mixture comes together nicely. i then use the le creuset plastic spatula to soon it over the pie dish. I bake for 8 minutes. Then i usually follow with key lime pie - - delish!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
This is a great salad and the dressing is phenomenal. I make the recipe as written usually but one time I only had red wine vinegar so i used that and it was still amazing. i use crumble blue cheese and pine nuts since I am allergic to almonds. I love how versitile this dish is. Sometimes I add chicken and serve this as a main course. I also think this is a great salad to bring to the beach. I personally like putting the dressing on before leaving my house so the salad soaks up the dressing. tastes amazing!

Key Lime Pie VII
this recipe is amazing and so simple. key limes are extremely hard to find by me so i just used juicy regular limes. I only had to use 8 limes to get a little more than 3/4 of a cup. This is by far the best key lime pie i have ever tasted. It has the perfect amount of tang and it is so refreshing. great to have after dinner. I bet it tastes even better with the real key limes!
