This was really a wonderful recipe. I like to try recipes where there are not too many ingredients, or steps.I mix the "sauce" ingredients ( with 1/2 of the minced garlic added)and keep it ready in the fridge, in a small ziploc onions and garlic chopped and ready to go, and carrots and broccoli sliced in another ziploc, as soon as the kids get home I heat oil ,throw in the onions/garlic,then the veges,then the shrimp ,then the sauce...it's all hot and bubbly ,ready to eat in 10 minutes. I have made it thrice so far, once with shrimp ,twice with chicken breasts ,(cubed,seasoned with salt/paprika ,sprinkle cornflour and all purpose flour little to coat)....Thanks !
