Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

SOOO DELISH! I've made some pretty amazing banana breads, but I've never had one that was so light and fluffy. They tend to be on the denser side but I'm really likin this fluffness. I used butter instead of shortening, used half reg flour and half whole wheat flour, and used only 2 bananas for a half recipe (called for 3). Also used half brown sugar and half reg sugar. Forgot to add vanilla like many people recommended, but came out fabulous. Sprinkled cinnamon on top. YUUUMMMYYY

Classic Pancakes

These were great. Better than the Pancakes I recipe that has like 500 reviews. Don't know why, but I just liked this flavor more. I used 3/4 wheat flour 1/4 reg all-pourpose, and used reg milk too. Added a little extra milk because I don't like super dense pancakes, and I like them to be crispy on the edges so I cook them at higher heat with more oil—gotta make sure they aren't gooey on the inside too. Only thing I'd change is add just a tad more sugar...but I like things sweet :)

Farm Macaroons

Turned out reallly tasty. Followed what others said and added a bit less sugar, i also opted for 1 tsp lemon juice instead of cream of tartar since I don't have it (and I was halfing the recipe, and they turned out without lemon flavor, :) They did flatten out a little bit, but not bad. Also, I put them on a pan greased and covered with corn starch instead of flour and they came off just fine, fresh outta the oven (i like to eat them warm AND i have a small oven so i had to use the same pan twice). Only thing i'll do next time is drizzle dark chocolate on top!!!

Easy Malai Kulfi

SOOOO GOOD!!! I didn't have cardamom, so I used half cinnamon and half nutmeg to replace it and it still turned out so delicious. Poured it into a dish and froze it and my friend and sat and devoured the entire thing with two spoons. I also used sweetened condensed milk, i assumed the recipe called for that. Added a bit extra cinnamon just cause I like lots of it, but this turns out like a smooth artesian ice cream!!!

Asparagus and Cashews

AWESOME! This was an excellent way of cooking asparagus. I liked how the oil and soy sauce didnt steal the flavor of the asparagus, it was still delicios. I also toned down the amount of oil to 1 tbs each, and threw in some minced garlic and green onions, it was fabulous!
