As a really good "comfort meal" you can't beat this. We had a cold dreary, rainy, early fall day and I made this for dinner with some mashed potatoes, green beans, and Eggplant Bruschetta from this site. Everyone practically licked their plates. Even my three year old grandson, who is very skeptical of everything said "I like this meat!" A keeper recipe for sure. I did double the gravy because who doesn't want extra gravy on mashed potatoes!
