G's Flank Steak Marinade

Great recipe. I planned on this dinner but plans changed so my flank steak marinated for 1.5 days. The taste was awesome. I will definitely make this again.

I gave this 5 stars because it is absolutely delicious. But I won't make it again because it's too much work and my sink was full of dirty dishes by the time I finished making it. But if anyone wants to make it for me LOL, I'll eat it. My neighbor came over and I gave her some. She made all kinds of noises while eating it because she loved it so much.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

I didn't think I would like this recipe because of the tomato soup. I doubled the sauce ingredients and cooked it for 5 hours. I was in for a surprise. My husband and I loved this recipe. It's not too sweet - just right. And the meat just fell off the bone. I will definitely make this again and again. Thanks Clayton

Zucchini with Chickpea and Mushroom Stuffing

I make almost the same recipe, only I add minced onions, sausage, mushrooms, Italian bread crumbs, salt and pepper. I heap the mixture onto the zucchini. Sometimes I used yellow zucchini. It's a whole meal.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would. The only thing I changed was I didn't have lemon juice so I used orange juice. If figured 2 tablespoons wouldn't change the recipe much and I don't think it did. We will be having tilapia many more times fixed this way. This is a keeper.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

I tripled the meat in this recipe and doubled the ingredients. I added an envelope of Lipton's Ranch powder. As with others, I couldn't find pineapple preserves so I used Smucker's Sugar Free Orange Marmalade. You could use almost any kind of preserves. This was very delicious. I will make again and again as everyone loved it. Thank you Stacey.

Potato Leek Soup III

I cut the butter in half and mashed the potatoes right in the pot, as my husand doesn't like chunks of potatoes. It turned out pretty good. I froze the remaining soup. The next time we had it, I added 1 large can of Chunky New England Clam chowder and 2 cans of minced clams-juice and all. I liked it more this way plus an easy way to make New England Clam Chowder.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Everyone in my family loved this recipe. I had a 6 pound pork roast but didn't change the recipe at all. The sauce was so delicious. This one is a keeper and I will make it again.

I used to make this for my kids all the time. The only difference is I didn't use the butter, I did use more chopped meat and just for a change, sometimes I put grated mozzerella cheese on top. This recipe is even better the second night. I love this recipe.

Stuffed Kielbasa

This was a great recipe. Since I didn't have the garlic roasted instant potatoes, I used Betty Crocker 4-cheese instant potatoes and I used grated cheddar cheese. These were very filling and I could only eat one. I will definitely make these again.

Nana's Acorn Squash

I make this recipe almost the same way except I bake in the oven at 350 degrees. My kids didn't like squash so I called this California sweet potato and they loved it. I baked in the oven at 350 degrees. I crunch up a large piece of aluminum foil, then nest the acorn squash in the aluminum foil so they don't tip over. Bake for about 1 hr. Another variation I've heard is to use maple syrup with the butter instead of the brown sugar. Anyway you make it, it is delicious.
