Easy Italian Sausage Lasagna
I made this recipe with 2 jars of pasta sauce after reading other reviews. I also added about a 1/2 tsp of onion powder & garlic powder to the riccotta cheese in addition to the tsp italian seasoning. I only used 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, but would recommend using at least 3 cups to ensure that the lasagna holds together well. I found that the flavor really depends on the sausage and pasta sauce blending well together. Try Prego Italian Sausage and Garlic. My husband went back for seconds, so I say it's a winner!!!
