Walnut-Date Quick Bread
Soft, sweet and soooooo yummy! Love to toast it and have it with my morning coffee. It did end up taking about 1hr 30min. to bake in a convection oven. Other then that, the recipe is spot on. Thank you for sharing.

Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
VERY tasty... sweet and flavorful. However, we feel it needs a little more salt, garlic and beans. Some minced or crushed tomato would have been a good addition. Great healthy version and one we will enjoy again with the added ingredients above. We used olive oil instead of vegie oil and we also added a diced green pepper.

Honey Corn Bread
YUMMY... Very sweet & tasty! We used an 8" glass baking dish and the bread was really dark after 20 mins & it was really jiggly underneath still. I think it's because the required temperature was to high for our pan. So we'd recommend 375* for 30-40 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean and it doesn't jiggle under the crust. Over all the flavor and texture is wonderful. Very cake like. We served it with chili and really enjoyed it.
