Great flavor a little thin for my liking and I don't think the flavor wouild have been near as good if I hadn't roasted the squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper instead of boiling it. I also don't think I could have ever gotten it peeled in order to boil it because I almost didn't get it cut in half. I would make it again though.
