I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to the crumble mixture and some dried cranberries to the apples and it turned out pretty okay. The crumle was great with the walnuts but I found that I had too much water left on the bottom of my cooking dish. But regardless, it's a great recipe :)

Cinnamon Graham Crunchy Cookies

I added a tablespoon or so of cinnamon to my recipe and put a pecan ontop of each cookie and they turned out really nice looking, and tasted great :)

Chewy Brownie Cookies

I thought these cookies were absolutely fabulous!! I made them without the water, and with olive oil margerine after reading some of the previous reviews and they turned out perfect. I also used two cups of chopped walnuts instead of the chocolate chips and they were just positively awesome!
