Awesome recipe. Will use again and again. Next time I will make sure to cook through. My apples were a little crispy for my liking, but overall flavor was great.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Very good, will use this as my staple. Important to chill the dough and watch it carefully so it doesn't burn. I had to cover the top, so and turn the oven down just to be careful. Keep an eye on it, but it is worth it.

Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia Pasta

Okay, so I can't rate the fish, because I swapped with chicken, but the pasta recipe is great. Pretty spicy, but not too overbearing. Very quick and easy recipe. Next time will add more tomoatoes and linguini instead.

I didn't know I could make fried rice at home. It was good. Definitely seperate out the eggs to get them scrambled away from the veggies.

Szechwan Shrimp

Really like the flavor, I like the sweet and spiciness of this dish. Hope to get better shrimp next time and service with rice. I served with noodles, which was good, but would go better with rich. 5 stars for how easy it is!!

Apple Crisp II

Great recipe!! Can use this if you are short on apples. I used only 5 cups of apples, but used the same amount of topping. The extra "crisp" MADE this dessert.
