Christmas Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
I liked it, but my husband did not. He said you could not taste the eggs enough, and this was after adding an additional 2 eggs. But it was not BAD by any means.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
I can't understand how this recipe got such good ratings. I found this dish to be very bland and dry. I did add an extra can of tuna and 3/4 can of milk as suggested, but it was still pretty uninspiring. It was okay, it wasn't BAD, but definitely not GREAT. I won't make this version again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 18, 2006
This was a good meatloaf. It's actually the first one I've ever made. I wouldn't rate it "outstanding", but it was good, and I haven't eaten a lot of meatloaf in my life, so I'm kind of speaking from inexperience. I made the recipe as directed. My boyfriend thought it was a little sweet, but I liked that aspect of it. Also, the uncooked loaf will seem very wet. That's OK. It bakes up just fine, and is nice and moist.

Apple Crisp IV

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
Being a novice cook/baker, I followed this recipe to a "T". Well, the other reviewers are right...it definitely needs less flour, and it could be a little sweeter. Needs more apples, too. I think this recipe could be a 5 star with a little tweaking. Follow the advice of the other reviewers; they're right! Less flour, more apples. It was good, but I definitely wouldn't say it was excellent.

American Chop Suey II

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2001
It was okay...tasted like something that could've been made out of a can. My husband asked if it was a frozen meal that i had just heated up, but he liked it just the same.
