No-Yolk Deviled Eggs

Wonderful idea to cut down on fat and cholesterol. Mine turned out on the dry side so I added a little balsamic vinegar. Maybe my mashed potatoes weren't wet enough...thanks for great springboard for healthier deviled eggs!!

Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins

Very good! Couldn't keep away from them. I added extra blueberries as some suggested but found it to be too many - recipe calls for just the right balance. Also added tsp vanilla - gave it the perfect touch! Update: Have made many times and found that cutting butter to 1/3 cup lessened the greasiness.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

These were pretty good. I liked the dense texture. I agree with many others, that something seemed to be missing in the flavor. I think the corn syrup dulls the other flavors somehow. I did add an extra 1/4 C peanut butter after reading other reviews.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Flavor is divine. I like more pie crust type cobblers, but this will definitely do! I found that the peach to dough ratio was just fine, added a tsp vanilla to peach mixture and added extra cornstarch as recommended. I'll do without extra cornstarch next time because I think the dense crust needs the extra juice. Thanks!

Parmesan Chicken

This was pretty good, but I think I overcooked them in the oven because they weren't as moist as everyone else boasts. I'll make these again and really watch the time. I did add butter to bread crumb mix before baking, as suggested by a reviewer. I couldn't tell whether to use the canned grated Parmesan or real, so I used canned. Next time I'll try real.

Asian Chicken Salad

This was outstanding! I served this one night when I had a dinner guest. I prefer to use Napa cabbage when making this type of salad, and also used the prepackaged Chinese fried noodles. I also used sesame oil and it definitely adds to flavor! Will make this over and over!

Buffalo Wontons

These were fabulous! My whole family loved them; we ate them as a main dish. I tried baking one batch and decided to fry the rest because the baked ones were a bit tough and chewy. I definitely put enough olive oil before I baked them, too. I cut the butter by half, as some recommended, otherwise made exactly as directed. I was also careful to measure the amount of chicken in the wonton wrapper and it worked perfectly. Don't like how time-consuming it is to make, but it is worth the outcome!

Coconut Cream Pie I

This was pretty good tasting, definitely quick and easy! My son was expecting a more "from scratch" taste so he wasn't too impressed. But for the speed and ease of putting this pie together it tasted good.

Crunchy Macaroons

These are pretty good. I had to use honey instead of sugar, so I added a little extra rice crispy and coconut. They were still a little flat. I will make them again whenever we are on our strict detox diet. Really appreciate the idea.

Popovers for Two

Good flavor. I've made these twice, once with cold milk and egg and once with room temp. milk and egg. The "cold" batch actually popped better and were hollow on the inside. The room temp. batch didn't rise at all. I'm no stranger to making popovers, so not sure what happened here. Similar recipes have given me better "pops" with room temp. milk and eggs. ??

Soft Mahi Mahi Tacos with Ginger-Lime Dressing

very good, but can't say its fair for me to rate since I didn't have several ingredients and had to make substitutions. Had nothing to make the sc sauce, but instead used frozen mango medley and mixed with regular salsa - great results! thanks for sharing easy, good recipe.
