The Best Chicken Fried Steak
These were really good, we all liked them! Great directions on making gravy, which can be so tricky. I made with brown rice flour since we watch our gluten intake, but used regular flour for the gravy. I used only 2 C flour for coating which was plenty and half amounts called for in gravy, also plenty. Only thing I'd change next time is increase salt to 1 tsp.

Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops
Amazed at how simple this was and the flavor was divine. Marinated over night and throughout the day; meat was melt-in-your-mouth. Next time, will double the pineapple since we love it grilled. This will become a regular on the menu. Thanks!!

Cabbage Rolls II
These were good but I did triple the amount of sauce as recommended by another reviewer. The saucier a dish is, the better I always say. I usually tend to taste the metallic flavor from canned tomatoes, so next time I'll use sauce from a jar.
