This soup was so good for a fall day! My only change is that I thought it had a bit too much pepper. Next time I'll just cut back on the pepper and give it 5 stars!

Cheesy Artichoke Mini Tarts

AWESOME! I made these for a bridal shower and they got rave reviews. I could not find wonton wrappers, so I used phyllo shells (found in the freezer section). That change ended up with about double the number quoted in the recipe, but it still worked well and tasted great too.

Fresh Lime Curd

This was so great! I used this as a topping for cheesecake and was really impressed with the combination of tart and sweet. Plus, the bright green was great for a splash of color.

Easiest Ever Fish Marinade

Easy and delicious! I used this marinade on orange roughy and I was really impressed with the finished result. The fish was great and the marinade was quite easy to prepare. I liked this marinade because it was light and not too heavy and did not overpower the flavor of the fish. I will definitely make this again.

Yellow Squash

Delicious! I made a big batch for a family BBQ and ended up using a cookie sheet covered with foil, as another reviewer suggested. But I'm sure these would also be great in foil packets.

Mini Cheesecakes

Great recipe but requires attention and caution! My first batch did not work at all. The filling was lumpy and didn't mix well at all. That caused the vanilla wafers to "float" up into the middle of the cheesecakes. The flavor was good though. So, when I tried again, I made sure to cream the cream cheese alone at first and made sure it was very smooth. Then added the other ingredients. I tried doing a crumb crust with cookie crumbs and butter, but found that wasn't a great combination since the butter soaked through the cupcake papers. Otherwise, when prepared correctly, these are tasty and very cute.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites

I could not find ground chicken anywhere, so I used ground turkey. I also could not find cubed Swiss cheese, so I used Pepperjack. There are no seasonings in the recipe to give these flavor, so I added some garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. But overall I found these meatballs pretty bland and needed some additional flavor.

Chocolate Cupcakes

Great recipe! I made for a bridal shower and they turned out very well. I also followed another reviewer's advice and used buttermilk in place of regular milk. These are very moist and delicious.

Jalapeno Popper Pizza

I added pepperoni to the toppings. This was a big hit for everyone but me. I was really disappointed with this pizza and thought it was dry and heavy. However, everyone else really enjoyed it so maybe it was just me. I probably won't make it again though.

Stuffed Shells IV

Tasty! I wasn't a pro about stuffing the shells, so it wasn't the prettiest dish I've ever made - but it turned out tasting great, which is what counts. Next time, I will probably reduce or maybe eliminate the parsley as I thought it was overpowering.
