Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
I didn't have red peppers so I made this with some jarred sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. My husband and I really liked the flavors, but the cheap grated Parmesan cheese I used made the sauce gritty, a little too salty, and not creamy. I think if I make this again I will definitely use real Parmesan but half it and make up the rest with Mozzarella or another cheese.

Perfect Turkey
I just made this turkey for Thanksgiving this year for my family and this recipe is easy to follow and like it says -makes PERFECT turkey. The brine is absolutely what makes the difference. I left mine overnight- and every inch of meat on the bird was juicy and delicious. If you are looking for an easy recipe-look no further.

Graham Cracker Crust I
