Peanut Butter Brownies I

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Amazing brownie! It sort of reminded me of my favorite dessert, the Chilli's Paradise pie. I added 1/3 cup of chocolate Nesquik, used 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and instead of salted peanuts I used pecans. Next time I might use less sugar, though, because it is extremely sweet!

Wonderful Yogurt Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
WOW. It is wonderful!!! I follow other users suggestions (use two eggs, regular sugar and 1 3/4 cup of yogurt). It is amazingly good. I did not have the vanilla extract but I used vanilla flavor Yogurt! Left in the oven for about 40-45 minutes. I recommend this recipe.

Honey Lime Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
It was ok for me and my husband loved it. I kind of changed a few things. I did not have enough lime so I only marinated the fish for about 30 minutes and decided to pour the sauce over the fish so it would get some flavor. I didn't use too much salt because we are trying to cut back the sodium, which my husband was happy about, but it was probably why I was not crazy about it. For the veggies I only had butternut squash. What I did was sliced it thinly and it was perfect. I used perch instead of tilapia and because I poured the sauce on it after 20 minutes on the oven I broiled it for about 10 more minutes so it would dry up the sauce and the fish. I might do it again with tilapia, not perch!

Cottage Cheese Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
This was very good. Since I just had plain cottage cheese I added dried parsley and garlic to the mixture and some garlic powder too. This gave it a great flavor! I used ricotta cheese instead of the sour cream, because I did not have any and even though it was good, it may have given it the wrong consistency. Next time I will do it with the sour cream to see if it goes from good to great!
