Eggplant Parmesan II
This is the first time I've ever made eggplant parmesan. This recipe was WONDERFUL! My husband loved it. I used fresh basil on every layer--delish!

Chicken Potpie
Yum! I used small pie tins to do individual potpies, which I prefer (less mess). I've been making mini-potpies for years, but always used cream of chicken soup. This sauce was so much better! Delicious! Didn't have onions, so I used dried onion bits. Also, I only had potatoes and broccoli this time, but it was still yummy.
