Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made this for Easter and Mother's Day and everybody LOVED it! I added crushed pineapple both times and used strawberry preserves. Thanks for the great recipe!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

I made this for my father-in-law's birthday dinner and everybody loved it! My husband is STILL talking about it. I found the one packet of gravy mix to not be enough to thicken the juices into a gravy, so I used 1 1/2. Would definitely make again!

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

This was a very good sidedish. I tossed the potatoes with the butter and oil in a ziploc bag prior to placing them in the dish. I think this coated them more evenly. Would definitely make again!

Stuffed Brie

My father-in-law loves brie cheese and I made this as an appetizer for his birthday dinner. He loved it, as did his wife and my husband who are not big brie eaters. I would definitely make this again!
