Baked Pork Chops I

Eh....I didn't care for the sauce. It tasted too processed and the wine just didn't match the cream of mushroom taste. It was just strange tasting. I should mention that I modified the recipe based on the suggestions of others-added golden mushroom in addition to cream of mushroom, cooked 20/35. On the plus side, the pork chops alone were very tender and nicely cooked. Too bad, they were covered in the sauce.

Peach Ice Cream

It was way too sweet for my family, even though I put less sugar than the recipe indicated. Also, I couldn't really taste the peaches. Texture was unfortunate as well. There were ice crystals in it, probably a result of not cooking it. I'm sure the texture wasn't the fault of the ice cream maker, because I have made successful batches using other recipes before.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Amazing dish. I'm not a mushroom fan, so I didn't include those. Yet, it was still incredible. Only adjustments I made were topping the dish with herbs and putting garlic in the roux. Definately planning to make this again. Thanks!

Annie's Strawberry Dessert

Excellent recipe! I did make a few alterations, however. I used a graham cracker crust, 1 cup of confectioners sugar, and an 8 ounce container of whipped topping. Also, I made my own strawberry glaze by heating 1 cup of cut up strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup water mixed with cornstarch. Then I removed the pan from heat, and I added a tbspn butter and 2 tsps lemon juice.

Shrimp Fried Rice II

Decent recipe. But, it didn't taste restaurant style. There was way too much shoyu (soy sauce) in it. I'd recommend using only 1 tbsp.

Easy Italian Chicken

Used this as a base. I dipped the chicken in egg then covered them with flour and paprika. When I cooked the chicken, I added some white wine, a little butter, and some paprika.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

These chimichangas were delicious! The recipe was extremely easy to follow and I already had most of the ingredients in the kitchen. This recipe's a keeper.

Delicious chicken! This recipe's a keeper. I followed the directions and I fried the chicken, but the insides were still pink so I popped it in the oven till the insides were cooked.

Very good recipe. My family really enjoyed this dish. However, out of preference, I halved the ingredients and I used ricotta cheese instead of sour cream.

Tartar Sauce I

Tasted like mayo, not tartar sauce. I had to add a lot more of the other ingredients to get it to my liking. Guess it can be considered a base sauce.

Beef Stroganoff III

I loved this dish! It was easy to prepare and tasted fantastic. I used some of the suggestions here like using yellow onions, cream cheese, etc. The sauce was a bit thin, but that was probably my fault. I didn't have condensed chicken broth so I just used regular chicken broth.
