Eggplant Burgers

I have never really liked eggplants as an adult. However, this recipe is awesome, and has saved me from making yet another pasta or stir-fry dinner for my newly-converted vegetarian husband. Thanks!

OMG...SOOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious, straight off of a restaurant table. I used exact ingredients but for the chicken bouillon - I only had veg broth and the dish was excellent so I don't think it did any harm. Also, based on previous reviews about not having enough sauce, I added a bit more cream, broth and milk but in the end I had too much sauce so next time, I think I will stick to the recipe. Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe that we will be using again. P.S. My 4 kids (all aged 5 and under) loved this meal too! :)

Was a bit sceptical about the ingredients, but it turned out great and the whole family loved it. Great recipe, left out the cayenne and the chili though, as we didn't have any!

Pecan Sandies

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Just baked them and HAD to review. I've never had sandies before but they looked so appetising. I used butter instead of margarine and 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar as per other reviewers. Awesome recipe thanks!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

TOTALLY DELICIOUS!!! It was so good that I had to review right after dinner. I paired it up with sweet potato and butternut squash mash, and sweet baby broccoli. So good that all of my 4 boys ate it up. Yum!

Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup

Yum! Loved it, as did my kids. **Update** Have made this several times since and have always used organic ingredients. Tried it this time with regular pumpkin and it was way too bland and not even as vibrant in colour - stick with organic!

Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings

Delicious - whole family loved them! Only thing is that we omitted the hot sauce as we tend not to eat spicy foods. This was due to personal preference but loved it just the same.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Delicious! I mixed up the mashed potatoes with the other ingredients and then stuffed them rather than topping as per instructions. The whole family loves these.
