Slow Cooker Carnitas

SO easy, and so good. I used a "Fuzzy's" style garlic sauce to go on top of the pork and topped with cheese, lettuce and feta cheese. YUM.

Lime Chicken with Cilantro Cream Sauce and Roasted Zucchini

Yummy! I marinated mine in milk and the seasonings instead of lime juice. I made Rice instead of Pasta. Skipped the zucchini b/c I don't care for it. Fallowed the sauce recipie, put I put the Cilantro and Garlic thru the magic bullet instead of putting the liquid thru b/c I dont have a belnder, also thickend it up with a little flour. It was so good!! I served it with broccoli and fresh baked rolls =)

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

WOW!!! This was AMAZING!! I wasn't sure about this at 1st but it was SO easy! I thawed the chicken then I put it in a bag with milk, paprika, salt & pepper, and I put that in the fridge for about 5 hours. Then I followed the recipe- I used my electric skillet to make sure the heat stayed consistent and turned the timer on for 5 min each side and it was perfect. The chicken was cooked prefect and so moist, and the outside was crunchy. Also make sure you pound the chicken- otherwise you are just making fried chicken not chicken fried chicken. I made with mashed potatos and peppered gravy. Not healthy, but totally worth it!!!

Grilled Pizza

WOW. I will never make pizza in the oven again! I have finally perfected my pizza with this recipe- after about a year of trying, and MANY pizzas! FOR ANYONE WORRIED ABOUT IT STICKING!! That was m y biggest fear as well, but as long as you follow the directions, use flour when rolling it out and brush with oilve oil before you put it on the gril you'll have NO problem. The flavor the crust gets from the gril is amazing!

Lemon Ricotta Pasta

You know it's good when your boyfriend stops in the middle of eating, looks at you and tells you how amazing you are and how much he loves you LOL. I wasn't too sure about this one but it turned out good, DO NOT UNDER SEASON!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I used one pound of boneless pork ribs, and 1 can of beef broth. I also added a little salt & pepper. I cooked it for 8 hours on low, then shredded it and added Al's KC sauce from this website and it was SO good! So easy, and yummy, I will be making this a lot!

Lobster Mornay Sauce

VERY yummy!!! I put mine over cheese Ravioli. I also added onion, green bell pepper and garlic. I used imitation lobster b/c thats the only thing I could find but it was so good. I also had a little lemon wedge and squeezed it over the chunks of lobster.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Pretty good! The coco was a little over powering- but that could have been because I used ground coffee instead of instant...opps! Still turned out good tho, excited to try it the right way lol

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

WOW. I had never used my bread maker before- but I have made A LOT of pizza. I have never had a crust brown like this one, and the taste is wonderful! It's easy to work with, I am replacing this with my old one!! I made as is and loved it- I felt the taste was good enough with out any additional spices =) Also, I didn't have "flat beer" so I just let some sit out for an hour and it worked out just fine lol

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

It was very good- creamy. I added some frozen veggies and some white onion, I also added a little garlic powder and pepper. I didn't realize I didnt have enough sour cream- so I put some in, and put shredded montrey jack and chedder cheese to make up the difference. Next time Ill make sure I have enough sour cream tho! =)

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce

Made according to the dircetions it turned out VERY good. My boyfriend took one bite and said "this is awesome!" then when he was half way through he said "If you wanted to make these again- I wouldn't stop you!" I just added some more spices so that it wouldn't be so bland =)
