Shoyu Chicken

Grill time is off to me - I grill for 60 min on Med to Med Hi heat turning every 5 to 7 minutes. When grilling chicken always start with meat side down - that way the skin side either will not stick or if it does will not tear off. Let sit in marinade for at least an hour. Very tasty marinade!!

Mom's Red Scalloped Potatoes

cooking time = how thick you cut your potatos!!! I cut mine by hand so i know some peices will be a bit thicker. SO - to be safe i cook mine 1Hr & 40Min. It will not hurt this dish to cook that long. I PROMISE! Not only that, who wants to eat hard potatos??
