Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
OH YUM... I took the advice of others and removed the skin after 50 min @ 350*. (next time I'll remove the skin before baking & see if it makes a difference) REMEMBER to drain grease off. Use a bar-be-que sauce that you like! The 30 minutes baking AFTER the sauce is on is what makes it 'stick' to the chicken. DH told me several times how good it was.

LOVE this recipe. My family and extended family(s) also love this. So easy, and better the pumpkin pie in my option.

Yummmm, I'm not a fan of curry so I wasn't sure... but so glad I tried it. Followed it exactly. It's a keeper for this household.

Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
Stove top version: Bring water to a boil add the "dry steel cut oats" (We love those). Boil for 4 minutes, stir, cover with lid, turn off the stove, leave on the burner, and go to bed. In the morning the oatmeal is ready & can be stove or mic heated. (add cream & sugar at this time) this is easier then a crock pot for me.

Triple Fudge Brownies

Made these exactly as recipe... They are rubbery and husband doesn't even like them. Waste of good choc. chips and will not make them again.

Easy Strawberry Lemonade

I put everything in the blender plus 2 Tbsp sugar - we like it that way best. It's always gone in a flash, so keep your blender out. yummy
