GREAT !!! I didn't have eggs, so I subed 1 Tbsp flax + 3 Tbsp water for it. WORKED GREAT. l also added raisins. I spooned them on the sil-pad and pressed them down with a wet hand. Eating one now with a cup of tea. Thanks for this recipe.

Caramel Apple Dip
I doubled the caramels and followed the rest of the recipe. I put in blender to make it s-m-o-o-t-h. I could just eat it with a spoon. Sooooo GOOD !!!

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken
OH YUM... I took the advice of others and removed the skin after 50 min @ 350*. (next time I'll remove the skin before baking & see if it makes a difference) REMEMBER to drain grease off. Use a bar-be-que sauce that you like! The 30 minutes baking AFTER the sauce is on is what makes it 'stick' to the chicken. DH told me several times how good it was.
