Anything that doesn't require too much preparation, that's somewhat easy, and doesn't require expensive or hard to find ingredients. Pasta dishes are my specialty.

To date, I'm most proud of my creme brulee.
My cooking tragedies
Nothing major...I attempted Irish soda bread for St. Patrick's day that wasn't as good as my mom's. But that was more like a disappointment than tragedy.
