Creme Brulee

Like a lot of the other reviewers, I too used CHEFPEON's recommendations about the recipe. It turned out fantastic! My boyfriend loves the Creme Brulee that we get at Ruth's Criss Steakhouse, and it was just like it. So easy for such a fancy dessert...and it looks and tastes very impressive! Makes you look like a professional chef when you serve it!

Meringue Kisses II

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I had to trash the batter! I whipped my egg whites until they were stiff and dry, then added the 1/4 cup sugar. After I had peaks forming, I added the secone 1/4 cup sugar and I also added 1/4 teaspoon of LorAnne's flavorings (less because they are very concentrated) and added 2 drops of food coloring. Immediately after adding those items and starting the second round of beating, it lost all shape. I beat it for 15 mins expecting it to regain the fluff but it didn't, so I added a bit more sugar and kept beating. I probably beat it for 30 mins and it never got fluffy...just runny! What went wrong???

Slow Cooker Pizza

I tried this recipe because I wanted to cook something in my slow cooker besides meat! It wasn't very good at all. Not much flavor, and I even added a lot of garlic and italian seasoning. I undercooked the pasta and it was still mushy when it was done cooking. I make the Homestyle Bakes Pizza Pasta meal that comes in a box at the store and cooks in the oven that that is sooo much better than this. It's easier, quicker, and cheaper!
