Salisbury Steak
Love, love, love this recipe with modifications as mentioned by some other people. I used 2 cans of French Onion soup, 1 3/4# ground beef, 3/4c bread crumbs, 1 1/2T flour, 1/2 cup water, 2T Worcestershire sauce, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, and omitted the salt and ketchup. I also added about a tsp of garlic powder to the meat and browned it with 3 slices of bacon to add a little flavor. I was looking for something to put in the crock pot, so I only browned both sides of the patties in the skillet, transferred them to the crock pot, poured the sauce over the patties, and cooked on low for about 4-5 hours. Made these for a couple of hungry guys after a hard days work and it all disappeared! Was glad I doubled the recipe for the gravy, because we served it over garlic masshed potatoes. Yum yum!

Grandpa's Classic Coney Sauce
Not my idea of coney sauce. Was much more like sloppy joe sauce than the coney sauce I'm familiar with.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II
Great recipe ... first time I've ever made this and was in bind for a bake sale and it turned out great!!! Person who bought it loved it and it was so easy I couldn't believe it! I was in a hurry so I used canned pineapple rings instead of fresh and I baked it in a 9x13 pan for 20 minutes like someone else suggested.
