Kale Chips

They get soggy fast, but if you cook them too long they turn to dust. Maybe I just haven't perfected the right amount of cook time yet...? Probably won't make these again.

Lemon Butter Cookies

These cookies were just okay. It really takes a lot more than two tablespoons of lemon juice to taste the citrus, and the cookies get stale very quickly..didn't make it more than 24 hours in the tupperware. They would make good thumbprint tea cookies or just tea cookies in general, but I would recommend not making more than what you need because of how quickly they go stale.

A little too much marsala for my taste, so will probably reduce the amount next time. This also desperately needs to be placed over pasta or a bed of rice to give it more substance.

5-Minute Guacamole

The recipe as is wasn't salty enough for me. I added a dash or two of basalmic vinaigrette to add a salty taste. Adding salt, alone, made the guac very dry.

These were great! ...but VERY time consuming. This isn't really something you can make whilst making side dishes at the same time because you really need to pay attention to how they're cooking so you can continue to add the glaze.
