I made for a Christmas eve dinner since I had to work earlier in the day and needed something quick that would not keep me from visiting with family. This was a hit! Everyone went back for seconds and a few asked for the recipe. I did use different beans than what the recipe calls for since it was what I had on hand. I used pinto, great northern and the white kidney beans. I doubled the recipe and it came out great. Im sure it freeze great as well however I didn't have any leftovers to try it out.
