This turned out delicious! I did what others had suggested and added cumin and chili powder for more flavor. I also added a can of Mexican corn and black beans...yummy!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I read this recipe and thought I'd give it a try since so many people seemed to like it so well. I don't like lots of onion, so I omitted the onion soup mix, but added the water with beef boullin instead. I added minced onion, carrots, potatoes, and celery and the au jous did come out a little bland. I added additional salt and pepper and that seemed to help. The roast, however, was wonderful. Will definitely make again!

Kona Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I added garlic and mushrooms and found this recipe to be at most very average. Not much flavor. I was very disappointed

Vegetable Beef Soup III

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
This was a good start to how I made my soup. I used Virgin Olive Oil, minced garlic, diced celery & onion to my pan first, browned, then added the beef to brown. I also add bay leaf and basil to my soup. Turned out great. Ate some and froze the rest!
