Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
I was looking for a simple meatball recipe and this was it! They were very easy to make and I already had all the ingredients. I did, however add a little bit of garlic salt and I think I might add some parmesan cheese next time. They were very yummy and I would make these again!!!

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
These were a big hit at my house. I was hesitant on making them at first because of the use of Mt. Dew, but it worked and they are really yummy! I've recommended this recipe to a few people.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
Love, Love, Love this recipe! It is perfect for that whipped cream taste but has the sturdiness of frosting. This is one of my favorite frostings. I make it as the recipe calls for with no changes.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
I have to make this every year....I look forward to it almost more than the turkey itself! It has become our new tradition making this soup. I don't really change anything about this recipe except I may add some corn to it, but that's it. I love love love this soup!!!

Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
I love this recipe. I have made it numerous times. I do make a few changes though. I use one can black beans, one can light red kidney beans, one can dark red kidney beans (instead of three cans black beans...for variation). I also add in one can of corn and one can of diced tomatoes. My husband loves this and loves having leftovers for his lunch at work. I usually pair this with rolls, corn bread, and/or tortilla chips. I also love to add cheese and sour cream to my serving :-)

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
This is the first time I've ever made Irish soda bread and I used this recipe and can I say, OMG it was so good!!!! We ate it very shortly after in came out of the oven it was so yummy with butter that just melted right into it and I drizzled a little bit of honey on my slice and it was like biting into heaven. I made the recipe as called for and it does not need any changes whatsoever!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
I make this every year for Thanksgiving and wouldn't make my turkey any other way. This the perfect recipe and I don't change anything about it. The brining makes a huge difference! The turkey is so tender and juicy. This is also a huge hit with my family!
