Love, Love, Love this recipe. Make sure you use the 1/3 cup of sugar as others have suggested. Used with Blue Moon Winter Ale and turned out fluffy and pretty. So simple and much cheaper than other premixes. Everyone wanted recipe. Used with dill dip...awesome!

Classic Bran Muffins

perfect! I make these weekly now...I substitute apple sauce for oil and substitute honey, sugar and splenda for the brown sugar...everyone loves them. Stays moist for days. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Sour Cream, Cucumber and Dill Dip

very good...added 1/2 tsp thyme and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Used with Light Sour Cream. I also only used about 1/2 cup of fresh chopped dill since that was all I had and everyone loved it. Said it was fresh and light.

Sloppy Joes I

Very good. I added a Tablespoon of Worstershire Sauce and that gave more flavor. Really good with a slice of cheese.

Peanut Butter Bars I

These bars are too easy and too good. They are rich, so cut them smaller than normal bars. By far the best Peanut Butter Cup Bar recipe out there--definately a keeper!

Sylvia's Ribs

Really good ribs with a tangy/sweet sauce. Makes more than enough sauce. Could probably cut sauce recipe in half. I always add a beer to the water when boiling ribs. Gives it a little extra flavor. Thanks so much!

Apple Crisp III

So easy and tasted awesome. Pretty much impossible to mess up. I would use 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water instead of 1/2. It was a little soft, but still a recipe I will use over and over!

Quick Black Forest Cake

Peach Kuchen

Made this for Oktoberfest. Turned out wonderful! I used canned peaches and doubled the crust mixture and it was sooo good. It is so quick and easy, I'll definately make it again. Thanks for the great addition to my favorite recipes!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

It doesn't get much better than this. This recipe is so easy and is sooo good. I topped it with homemade whipped topping and little swirls of carmel ice cream topping. This pie is a new Thanksgiving tradition. Thank you so much.

Mum's Irish Apple Pie

I think with all of the changes the reviewers have made it will be a great pie. I found that you do need to go lighter on the nutmeg and bake it about 10 minutes longer. I only needed 4 large apples and also had a difficult time with the crust being too sticky...even after I refrigerated it, but the crust problems could be just me. All in all it was a pretty good pie.

Very good. It was really fluffy and was so easy to make. Don't be alarmed if it does rise in the oven. It will go down after you take it out to cool. Everyone loved this pie. Thanks!

Famous Butter Chicken

A true winner. This was so moist and flavorful. I did double the crumb mixture and was glad I did. I cut the butter down to 1/4 cup and that was perfect. I used the Honey Mustard Sauce along with this and it was really good, but that is not neccesary since the chicken itself is fantastic. I think I safely say this was the best baked chicken breast recipe I now have.

This sauce is really good. I made it with the Famous Butter Chicken and was really impressed. It made quite a lot and really added to the flavor of the chicken. We'll definately make this again

The Dreamiest Peaches

This recipe is so fast easy I thought it was too good to be true, but it really is wonderful. It reminds me of peach cobbler. The vanilla wafers make the topping so light and crunchy. I doubled the crust mixture and was happy I did. A great light dessert! Thanks!
