Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Delicious!! One of the best cookie recipes I've ever made. The only thing is, I see no reason to flatten at all before cooking. I dropped them into tablespoon sides balls for cooking. Also, use a homemade cream cheese frosting. The cookies themselves, though, are wonderful!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I made this in a bread machine - for some reason mine didn't really rise at all. However, the (small) cinnamon rolls that it did produce were delicious. The filling is great and gets all crunchy and yummy on the bottom of the rolls.

Simple White Cake

The cake was dense (even after a lot of mixing) but I like dense cake! If you like boxed cake mixes that are light and fluffy (and taste like air) this is not the cake for you. It does make a small cake though, you may need to double the recipe and layer with icing in the middle.

Fluffy Buttercream Frosting

This frosting was good, but needed about 1/3 less confectionary sugar and 1/4 cup more butter. Also, substitute milk for the water.

Blueberry Coffee Cake

A dense and moist coffee cake. I used frozen blueberries and folded them in still frozen to prevent the batter from turning blue. Also, I incorporated the cream cheese in with the mixer instead of worrying about the cubes. This gave a great flavor to the cake. I will definitely use this easy recipe again.
