Yum! Super easy to make, with the exception of chopping up the onions, that's always my least favorite part, especially since I doubled the recipe. I made quite a few changes, and it still tasted delicious! I took the advice of other posters and lowered the lemon juice by 1 tbsp, so instead of 4 i put in 3. I also didnt have enough sour cream, so i used what little i had left, then topped it off with some half and half cream. I thought that the salt in the chicken broth, the butter, and the cream would be over powering so i declined to put in any extra salt, and instead of chicken broth, I used Epicure's low sodium vegetable broth with a splash of vegetta for taste. I also happened to have Hungarian paprika on hand, and I really think that was key to the great flavor, Hungarian paprika has a completely different taste than regular paprika and I think its just right for this recipe, after all it is Hungarian mushroom soup! Turned out rich and flavorful!
