Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

great taste but I used regular soy sauce and it was a bit too salty so Iguess you have to use the light soy sauce.

Sausage Pasta

this was great...I bought some strange looking pasta curls..just because. Anyways my husband and I bothed agreed this recipe was a keeper. The only edit I made was to thaw the spinach next time. Leftovers were awesome too!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

mixed reviews in my house..me: very easy to make, I followed the recipe exactly. Cooked up very nice. I thought it was almost too cheesy but it reheated nicely. My husband loved it, thought it was some of the best he has had.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

well I have to say I was skeptical, I have used many beef stew recipes over the years. This was outstanding! Probably the only change I would make next time is leave the salt out of the flour mixture. I think there is enough salt in the soup mix. Maybe another cup of water, there was pratically no juice in it when I got home from work but that was ok,,the thicker the better and the meat just melted in the mouth. Yum Yum!

Pumpkin Chili Mexicana

excellent..I didn't tell my husband about the pumpkin but asked him what he thought and he said "sweet". I used hamburg instead of the turkey, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This might replace my chili recipe that I have used for years, it was that good. Thick, sweet yet a bit of spice and just really good! A Keeper!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Super excellent! After reading the reviews, the only thing I did was rub some seasoning (Grill Mates Garlic & Herb) on the roast before I put it in the crock pot, did not brown it. And the leftovers made awesome hot roast beef sandwiches.

Roasted Pork Loin

Fabulous, the meat even had great flavor leftover the next day in a salad. I used a 4lb bone-in roast and used a meat thermometer and doubled the recipe. Will definately make again!

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

not sure how something can be bland and really spicy at the same time but this recipe does it. I fixed it up with fresh grated pecorino rmano cheese at serving and it was ok then. Would not make again, too many other good recipes out there.
