Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2011
I tried this recipe as is (except i didn't leave it in as long as I knew it was ready) and it was pretty good. My husband loved it. It's about as good as you can get to making a chicken without a rotisserie.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This is a great recipe with great consistency. The only thing I changed was I used 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of shortening instead of 2 cups of shortening. Also, I think next time I am going to use less sugar because I prefer a lighter taste, although it does taste a lot less sugary than the pre made frosting that you buy.

Mrs. Fields Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
There is nothing wrong with this recipe. It is my first attempt and they are not rock hard or anything. They are just perfect. I did add about 1/4 tsp of baking powder that is it. I baked them exactly for 13 minutes and not a single dark edge.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
Very easy to make and taste good. The timing for the baking is a little off but then again everybody's oven is different. I put half all purpose flour and half bread flour and i added raisins and dried cranberries.

These were awesome. I am gonna keep this as my main chocolate chip cookie recipe. I used white chocolate chips because my fiance doesn't like regular chocolate.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
It was great. Real tasty. I used the version where with all chocolate no cocoa powder except to line the pan. It's what a flourless chocolate cake should taste like.

White Chocolate Blondies

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
These were great. What I did was I used slightly less butter and white chocolate. The result was a more cake like blondie which is the way I like them to be. They look great and they taste great and its hard to even find a decent blondie recipe. I tried a recipe from Bobby Flay and it sucked real bad. These blondies are really exceptional!

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2013
Great recipe. This strawberry rhubarb pie comes out perfect if you follow the instructions. Let the strawberries and rhubarb sit with the flour and sugar for the 30 mins and use the lattice crust for the extra ventilation. In my opinion, strawberry rhubarb pie is best served cold, so let it cool! Served with whipped cream is even better.

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
Too watery. Taste was good. If I could change anything i would mix a little flour into the apples along with the cinnamon and I would add some brown sugar to the white sugar and butter.

Delicious Pineapple Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
i put the chopped pineapples in the mix and actually i think it made this recipe better. Also i put coconut shreds on top as well as the brown sugar topping i think the problem with this recipe is there needs to be a little bit more pineapple juice but besides that it is a decent recipe.
