Did not care as much for this ganache as it made a grainy textured sauce. I've tried it 3 times thinking maybe it was me, but, no...... I have another ganache that is very smooth so I guess I'll stick to that one.

White Almond Wedding Cake

Made this for my parents anniversary party & was still getting rave reviews weeks later! A few of the guests wandered back in while we were cleaning up for take home boxes! Very, very moist cake! Layered it with the Almond Custard Filling also found on this site.

Enchiladas Verdes

These were GREAT!! Thankfully I only used 2 serrano peppers since I left the seeds in them! The dish assembled pulled the heat down to just right if you like a medium heat. Loved them!!
