Fluffy White Frosting

OMG! So good! I frosted 24 cupcakes and still had some frosting left, but maybe I was just too stingy. I almost made myself sick, eating that extra frosting. This was wonderful, light and sweet!

I thought these were wonderful! True, the texture is not the same as a typical brownie, but it wasn't a bad texture, just different. The taste was spot on! My 2 and 4yr old gobbled them up and I didn't feel guilt about feeding them brownies!

I thought this was too tart so I added a little bit of orange juice. Maybe this is what caused the unappetizing color that it turned out to be.

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

I didn't have any chocolate liquor, so I used some very strong mayan chocolate international blends that I had. Turned out wonderfully! My husband said it was a cross between cake and a brownie!

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Salted Nut Squares

These tasted really good, but I too was a little dissappointed with how gooey they were. Also, I think I'll spray my pan with Pam if I make them again. They were very sticky.
