Chicken Tartar Burger

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2009
This was awesome! My husband put some heavily oiled aluminum foil on the grill so that they wouldn't fall through the grates. We couldn't believe how wonderful this dish was. so easy and so gourmet. My husband raved and raved.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2013
These were honestly one of my favorite things I've ever eaten! I substituted balsamic vinegar and used strawberry jam just because that's what I had on hand. But, you MUST pair this with the recipe titled Balsamic Brown Rice Salad (which I didn't add any sugar to and served warm. This recipe is amazing! The spices paired with the sweet yet zingy sauce is to die for!

Terrific Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
We loved it! You would never know it was turkey! I added two cloves of garlic to the turkey mixture and another clove to the onion mixture. We didn't have zucchini and didn't want green pepper so I omitted both of those. I added some cilantro in place of the coriander seed and added a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce , a little red wine and a can of pinto beans to the simmering chili mixture. I also doubled the recipe. My husband loves chili and said this was by far the best he ever had, which shocked me, I mean it is turkey chili after all! Totally delicious! You must make it!

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2015
Absolutely amazing! I doubled the white wine and used thick bone-in pork chops. I thickened the delicious gravy using Chia seeds that I blended in the blender first. Wow! I baked broccoli, lightly seasoned with a couple tabs of butter and fresh grated parmesan cheese and spooned the gravy over that before serving. I also peeled and cut up apples and cooked on low with water,a little butter and cinnamon. It was such a delicious meal. You must try it.
