Spinach Quiche
Made this for brunch today. Hubby gave it 5 stars. I did not have mushrooms next time I will have to add them and I did not want to use up my feta cheese so I omitted that too. I used Trader Joe's 3 cheese mix of mozzarella, Monterrey Jack, and Cheddar, fresh spinach (well drained of excess water), and a Marie Callender's Deep Dish Pie Shells.

Famous Chicken Francaise
We make this all the time, at least once a month. I used this recipe instead of my old one, fresh paprika adds to the dish and using fresh lemon as well.
