Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2012
This is a really great cookie, but not my absolute favorite. I still love the Original Nestle Tollhouse Cookie recipe most. I dropped these by 1/4 cups and baked them for 14-15 minutes. At someone's advice, I added 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tarter to get the "crackled" effect.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: May 15, 2012
What a great recipe! I read a few reviews and decided to use Red Enchilada Sauce instead of milk. I have a family member who doesn't like cheese, so I only added cheese to top off a few of the enchiladas. It was so good, I didn't even care about not having cheese inside. Thank you for this recipe!!! Easy and fun to make!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

What a WINNER! I LOVE this recipe. The only thing I add is about a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder with the salt and pepper. Quite easy to put together too!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
I use this as a base for many of my cookie recipes. I omit the nuts and use different types of chocolate chips and flavors of extract sometimes. A winner EVERY TIME.

Vicki's Hush Puppies

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
Oh Vickie, thank you for this incredible recipe! I always pick my recipes based on ratings and yours had so many good ones that I knew it would be the right one. It's simple, uses ingredients that most people have one hand, and it's GOOD! After reading other reviews, I knew I wanted sweet hush puppies, so I used a whole cup of sugar and added a little bit of milk to loosen up the batter. I used an extra large star tip and pipped the batter into the hot oil. Next time I'll add more things like green onions, celery, or red pepper flakes. Also, I'll probably cut the sugar down to 3/4 cup. Thank you again, Vicki and to everyone who rated and reviewed this recipe!

Butterscotch Drops

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
These were extremely easy to make and quite fun, but when it was time to eat them, I found them to be very, very sweet. I doubt I'll make these again.
