2-Step Creamy Chicken and Pasta
Delicious. Quick. Easy. I seasoned the chicken with onion, garlic salt, pepper, italian seasoning, some curry powder, and a splash of lemon juice. The pasta/veggie blend I used was Birdseye Steam Fresh Lightly Sauced rotini and vegetables in a garlic butter sauce. I cooked the blend in the microwave for 4 minutes before adding to the chicken to speed up the process. I used cream of chicken soup and added some shredded cheddar cheese. I also had a serving of Kraft mac & cheese leftovers (that no one ever eats) so I added it to the mixture to use it up! I'm keeping this one on the list. It will be really easy to switch up the soup used and pasta/veggie blend to make it different each time.

Campbell's(R) Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
Very easy and very tasty! My husband and I both love this dish. Like other reviews have said we added a drained can of rotel tomatoes & green chilis to add some spice (instead of the picante sauce and chili powder). I have made with both cream of chicken soup and cheddar soup and both were delicious. Both times I have also used canned chicken instead of fresh chicken. Tastes great the next day as leftovers for lunch! Will make again!

Famous Butter Chicken
Easy to make on a busy week night. Took other's advice and added 1 tablespoon flour to the crumbs, some italian seasoning, basil, and paparika. I baked it for about 35 minutes and it was delicious. Served well with angel hair pasta and crescent rolls. Will definetly make again!
