Great wings. I have made other baked wings before but they didn't have the right texture like these do. The flour coating serves two purposes - it seals in the juices and also gives the wings a little crispy outside. I cut down the cayenne to 2 teaspoons. For the sauce at the end, I used smart balance instead of butter. These were great. They are "dry wings" AKA not messy to eat but the meat itself is juicy. My husband packed the leftovers up to eat for lunch the next day. BTW, the supermarket sells 4 lb bags of wings which required a double batch of everything. Can't wait to make them again!
