Verry good, soft cookies. The only thing was that they could have used a bit more sugar and I added cin.

Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This was great! I used thinner boneless chops because they were on sale which worked out better because they were easier for my kids to eat. I also didn't use the canned soup to make it Gluten Free. I used Better than Bouillon instead. Whole family loved it.

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2012
These were so fantastic! I replaced the eggs with buttermilk to make them egg-free as well. They came out light, fluffy and even the non GF people loved them! Everyone wanted the recipe!

Busy Mom Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
This tasted pretty good but looked sloppy. Was way to sweet. Made it for company and they liked it but I don't think I'll be making this again.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
This was just ok for us. I have to stick with adding beer to mine then cooking it in the oven...NOT boiling it. The cabbage carmalizes a bit and the meat just falls apart.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
This was the best PB cookie recipe I've ever come accross! I did fallow the advice of other reviews and added 1/2 cup more of both PB and Flour. I also added a dash of vanilla just because it goes against my religion to make cookies without vanilla LOL. But that's really the only changes I made. Oh! and I made one batch just putting them on the sheet. But then on the next, I rolled them into little balls and coated them with suger. Was glad I did..the result was AWESOME cookies! And they were picture perfect! I'll most likely never make them any other way again! Thanks for an awesome recipe! :)

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
This was wonderful. I added some Velveta just to give it a slight creamy texture but still the dish came out very homstyle baked mac. I also used rice pasta because we eat wheat free. Most rice pastas can get a bit mushy with mac & cheese but with baking it, it came out tasting just the same as regular noodles. My whole family loved it and I'll be sure to make this again and again.

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
I know that there are so many great reviews about this recipe, but my family and I did not care for it. The texture was off and the flavor too. It didn't taste a thing like meatloaf. We will never be trying this again.

Santa Fe Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I know that every one really seems to like this one but no one in my family did. I fallowed the recipe exactly. It seemed pretty bland and the corn didn't come out juicy at all. Was really dried out and spongy tasting after. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm not sure if it was the corn I got or the recipe.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
This is a great basic recipe because from here you can really add what ever you like to make it different each time! I did fallow the others advice and "spiced" it up a little so it wouldn't be bland. My family loved it.

Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
These were very yummy. I loved them but was kinda bummed that when they cooled, they hardend up pretty well. But while warm, they were sooooo good! Next time I will make a 1/2 batch so that we can eat more of them while they are still hot and less hard cool ones left over.

Pesto and Pasta with Lemon and Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
I was kinda bummed about how little flavor this had. I fallowed the recipe exactly. After that didn't seem to work I added to it more pesto and lemon. After that was still to bland for my husband, I finally just added a jar white sauce to it. It was pretty good after that but was still lackig for us. Don't know if it was the pesto I had or if it just wasn't a good recipe for us. But I don't think I'll be trying it again anytime soon.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
This was sooo good and my whole family LOVED it. I did consider the other reviews and made 1/2 rolled up with cooked bacon, and the other 1/2 with bac crumbled on top. The bacon on top DID come out MUCH better! Over all, yummy...I will make this again! :)

Chicken Scampi II

Tasted great and the whole family loved it. Even my 5 and 7 yr old. The chicken came out pretty dry though. Next time I'll have to find a way to fix that. But will make it again. I served it with mushroom rice and cooked carrots.
