Fresh Spaghetti Sauce

EDIT: Try blending the tomatoes in a blender intead of smashing them for a smoother sauce. Then mix the paste in. Hope it helps! I wish this sauce had pics because if it had I wouldn't have tried it. I prefer a more smoother sauce to where I can taste the sauce on my noodles. With this sauce it more of a thicker veggie substance. The spices seemed a bit much so I did decrease on table of the oregano and am so glad I did! I think it actually needed a little less then that. NOTE: If you don't have Roma Tomatoes then be aware that they are by no means a large tomatoe, they are between small and med. size. Mash the tomatoes up good. The sauce was ok. But will definatly be looking for another sauce. Thanks for the recipe though. It was something to try!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Awesome! Got so many compiments on this dish! Everyone loved it at my family reunion! Only thing I did different was I added hamburger and used a little less of the beans.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I made this recipe twice. I am so glad I tried it again. It is the best crust. Make sure that you let the yeast set 10 min. in the water. I think that is what helped to make it thicker. Also, I used stoneware the second time around which made the crust crispier. Love this crust! Will make again!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I love this sauce! It is by far the best sauce that I have ever tried. This includes takeout. Thanks for the sauce! I used the recipe as it is, no changes.

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

It is really meaty! This is not a saucy sauce. It is thick and does not cover your noodles in a runny sauce. My husband and one of my boys liked it. I thought it was ok and my youngest, the picky eater in our family, would not touch it.

Zucchini Herb Casserole

To me this had to much cheese but was good besides that. Probably something I wouldn't make for myself again. However, my husband thought this was the best thing I ever made!! He loves this and has begged me to make it again. He said to make for our family reunion coming up, but I'm still skeptical.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

We don't eat pork so I substitued the ham with turkey pepporni (sp). It was really good and I have never liked potatoe soup. My husband loved this! My picky kids even ate this. A really good recipe.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This is soooo good! I have made this several times already and will never make another type of stuffing agian! The only tip I really have is don't use the generic cream of celery or cream of chicken. I used campbells and it was great, then I used some of the off brands to save money and it was horrible! We couldn't even finish it. So it you think it came out wrong then just switch the brand of creams that your using and it should be great! Delicious recipe!!!!

These weren't bad. If I make them again I will definatly lessen the seasoning. You do not need to apply that much. It just comes out way to strong. They were good besides that.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I love this recipe! I have made it several times since I found it and it has always been a hit. I do rub the turkey with spray butter. After I pull the skin away to rub it good with spray butter and then rub it with the mixture. Just to make it more tender. Other then that this recipe is perfect. You may not even want to do that. I just like the extra buttery flavor. I also apply more butter and more mixture over the turkey every 30 min. until the turkey is done. Just to make srue it stays tender. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Cuban Midnight Sandwich

These were really good! The blend was nice and the taste was great. If your a sandwich eater then this is a great sandwich. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I probably won't make it a lot, but will definatly make it again.

Unbelievable Rolls

The title says everything! These are unbelieveable! The best I have ever ate. The only change I made was that I added a little more sugar, but they were perfect even before doing that. My husband just has a sweet tooth. You can't go wrong with these. I was making them 3 times a week we liked them so much! Thanks for this recipe!!!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I was suprised at how much I did not like these. They had such good ratings. The cinnamon mixture was wayyy to much! No one in my house liked these and my husband eats about everything. They just weren't soft like I expected them to be.

Grandpa's Classic Coney Sauce

This sauce is great!!!! I loved it and so did my family. I'm going to use it to take to my family reunion this year where I'm sure it will be a hit. I did take the advice of others and add extra ketchup. This will be my hot dog sauce from now on!
