Tasty Green Bean Casserole

This is hands down the BEST recipe for Green Bean Casserole! I have been making this for a few years now and have not changed or modified one ingredient. I always find the need to tinker with recipes BUT this is one of two recipes from this site that I refuse to modify, they are perfect as is. If interested, the other unmodified recipe is "Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing" submitted by Stacy Polcyn. Outstanding, thank you!!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Kudos Stacy Polcyn, this recipe is EXTRAORDINARY! I have been making this for the past few years and it’s the only stuffing recipe I use. Further, I have not modified or altered one item in this recipe, which is RARE for me. This recipe is simply perfect!! Thank you for sharing!!

Grilled Salmon I

We eat a ton of Salmon throughout the winter season and I always use this marinade. I do substitute a few of the spices and omit the salt based on personal preference but I must also say the original spices are yummy as is. If interested, my alterations are as follows: 1-1/2 lb. of salmon skin removed, Old Bay Seasoning to taste, dash or two of Cumin, Garlic Powder to taste, 1/3 cup Soy Sauce, 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup Water, 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I make two separate batches of the marinade; one for marinating the fish and the other for basting the fish as I cook it on the grill. Fish Tip: If you have picky eaters who don’t care for strong flavored fish I suggest the following: Soak the fish in Milk for one hour in a zip-lock bag, drain off milk, rinse and marinate as specified. Thank you for this scrumptious marinade!!

Allison's Pasta Salad

This is one outstanding pasta salad!! I have been making this for the past three years and it is a family favorite. I did tweak a few ingredients over the years based on personal preference. I omitted salt and cheese from the recipe but added 1/4 cup of celery and 3/4 cup of thawed frozen peas. I also use seedless Red grapes and small shell pasta. The dressing for this salad is sublime and I never found the need to double it. However, I do need to double the entire recipe because it disappears FAST. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!
