Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

This was a wonderful version of red beans and rice that I made for my daughter's wedding. Her husband is Cajun and this was for a pre-wedding bash. We served with catered ettoufe and jambalaya. It was a big hit and everyone thought it was authentically made. I didn't use bay leaves because we did'nt have any and I mixed the rice with the beans. It made plenty and was all eaten. It does take some time prepping but definately worth it.

Black Bean and Corn Salsa

wonderful! i thought i love Pampered chef's version of confetti but this is better. more of a kick! making this for my daughters wedding reception as the color scheme is black red and white and the beans and peppers tie into that. Great for a Texas appetizer or side. thanks and will try to submit a pic for you too

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

This is a very tasty frosting. Mine came out a little runny, but my fault cuz was short on the sugar. Mine wasn't nearly as pretty aspictured but the taste is the frosting is yummy. not too sweet and not too chocolaty! definately worth a try!!!!!
