Garlic Shrimp Linguine
This dish always makes me feel like, "Why do we ever dine out, when I can cook restaurant quality food at home?" Followed other tips and used 4TBS butter, 1/4 cup white wine, 4 garlic cloves, and 2 TBS of fresh lemon juice. I usually sere over whole wheat pasta. Yum Yum.

Figs and Toasted Almonds Brie
I couldn't find fresh figs so I used dried figs, that I had soaked and followed others tips and doubled sauce, way too sweet. It wound up over powering the brie instead of complimenting it. If I ever attempt again I will follow recipe exactly.

Broccoli and Tofu Stir Fry
I did 4 cups of broccoli and 2 red peppers, reduced the oil to 2 1/2 tsp (used olive oil) cooked for 10 min. upped the sherry and chicken broth a little and let the tofu saute with the sauce for at least 5 min. so the tofu can soak up more of the flavor. I use more veggies instead of serving over rice and find this meal to be extremely satisfying.Sometimes I sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. FYI my husband loves this dish!
