Emily's Famous Marshmallows

So good! I am amazed, I had no idea one could make marshmallows at home, when I found the recipe I gave it a try.. They came out great! My husband says they taste just like store bought ones. Yum!

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

I love this recipe, use it for pizza crust, for calazones, and it is amazing with soup! This was the first sourdough recipe I tried, and I've stuck with it ever since, made it many times. It's great.

This is great! I live in a place where chocolate bars and chocolate chips are very expensive, I can only afford to buy cocoa.. And recipes with cocoa and without marshmallow are hard to find! This is made from normal ingredients all on hand.. I don't have a candy thermometer, so I did the ice-water testing method, no problems, it came out great the first time. I will make this whenever I crave fudge. :)

Cream-Filled Chocolate Cookies

I was pleasantly surprised by these Cookies. They tasted as good or better as store bought cupcakes. I used a different filling, because I didn't have all the ingredients for these, but I was very pleased with the outcome.

Spanish Flan

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

I am not a big scone fan, but I randomly decided to make them today... Wow, I am surprised. I made some with just what is in the recipe, and they taste great! I also added to part of the dough vanilla, apple, and cinnamon. They are really good! Fluffy, and sweet!

Deep Dish Brownies

I've been looking for a good brownie recipe, something rich and soft. After trying several, this is the best I've found. I cover mine so that they don't get crusty on top, and they come out great. I've even used yogurt instead of butter, it doesn't come out as rich, but it I like to think it's a little healthier that way.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

This recipe is great, tastes just like the ones from the mall, and since there is no boiling involved, they're so easy! My husband loves pretzels, but since we live in Mexico, they're hard to come by. I make him these pretzels for a snack, or wrap them around hot dogs for him to take to work for his lunch.
