Bill's Sausage Gravy

Just a tip for anyone making this gravy or any milk gravy. My Grandma told us its thick enough and done. When the bubbles are as big as "Hogs Eyes".

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

There's nothing wrong this recipe. It's simple & has good bones. Everyone ought to put in their cookbook. I like to add vanilla, lit'l more sugar, & buttermilk (sourmilk). Then pour it in clean squeeze bottle (ketchup). That way I don't drip all over the stove & countertop.

You can't go wrong with pork fat. Pay attention, and a secret my Grandma taught me. When it bubbles as big as hog eyes, its done (not to thick,not to thin)
